Glasstones are produced from 100% recycled glass.
Bottles are collected from bottlebanks nationwide.
The bottles are crushed and all paper and waste is removed.
The glass is then passed through a machine which identifies and separates the diffferent colours.
The glass is then tumbled for 2 days (in something that resembles a huge mixer) to remove all shards and sharp edges.
It is cleaned and graded to select the optimum size of 8-10mm and then packaged into Mini-multi packs, Handypacks and larger bags.
